▼Requirements for Permission for Activities beyond the Scope of Qualification
The application for permission for activities beyond the scope of qualification is relatively straightforward, but it cannot be granted unless the following requirements are met:
- The proposed activities for part-time work do not hinder the current activities under the existing residence status.
- The applicant is engaged in the current activities allowed under the existing residence status.
- The content of the proposed part-time work does not violate any laws.
- The content of the proposed part-time work is not related to adult entertainment business. (Examples of adult entertainment business: adult entertainment establishments, hostess clubs, girls’ bars, pachinko parlors, etc.)
- The applicant has a good conduct record
